Minion Impact is an unofficial Genshin Impact zine reimagining beloved Genshin characters as Minions. We all know that this is what the people really want to see.
Information and Guidelines
Minion Impact will be a PG art-only zine open to artists of all skill levels.
The zine will be released digitally for free in the form of a PDF.
All artists who apply will be accepted into the zine!
We are also searching for artists to create digital merch (icons, emotes, wallpapers, etc.). No physical merch, sorry—we Minions don't know how to operate a printing press.
All artists will be expected to draw at least one piece that is 8.5" x 5.5" at 300 dpi. A template will be provided.
Any character shown in game or seen in any official source material (e.g. official character announcement, webcomic) will be allowed, as long as they are drawn as a Minion. We suggest Minion-izing humanoid characters.
Drawing Genshin characters as Gru and other characters is allowed as long as there is a Minion in the piece!
Check-ins are optional and exist to help contributors keep track of their work. No extensions will be given for check-ins, and no extensions will be given for the final deadline.
No ship content will be allowed. They are just Minions...
Discord will be required for communication purposes. For this reason, all contributors must be at least 13.

FAQ
Q. Will the zine be digital or physical? Will it be released for free?
A. The zine will be released digitally as a PDF and bundled with digital merch. Everything will be released for free!
Q. How good does my art have to be?
A. We will be accepting all artists, and every piece that is submitted on time will be included in the final zine—please don't worry about the "quality" of your art!
Q. Do I need to draw a background for my piece?
A. No, we welcome white backgrounds!
Q. Can I draw Kamisato Ayato? What about the Tsaritsa?
A. Unfortunately, characters without official designs will not be allowed for the zine. However, you are allowed to draw characters who have officially been revealed in the webcomic (e.g. Dottore) and through character announcements (e.g. Yun Jin), as well as any character shown in the actual game (e.g. Madame Ping)!
